April 25 Macaroons

Before

With all of this leftover coconut from my newly-found talent of cracking them open (watch my video here), I decided to make macaroons. It was pretty easy: grate the coconut, coconut flour (store-bought), condensed milk, vanilla, salt. Mix and bake. Done. Delicious.
