“Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results.” Andrew Carnegie
After work today, Tall Handsome Son and I set out on a Neighborhood Scavenger Hunt on foot. I “Frankensteined” (to make something from several other similar things) a list of about 50 random objects from a few online websites, opened up the rules for creative interpretation and let the games begin. We had a blast! This was so much fun. We walked down to our favorite neighborhood Greek Restaurant, Gyros Mediterranean, and along the way we found nearly half of the things on our list. After dinner, we walked around Nob Hill searching for the rest of the items on our Scavenger Hunt List. Here’s how we did:
Although we found nearly everything on our list, these were the items we couldn’t find:
U-Haul with Arizona license plate
stamp – I was looking for a tramp stamp, but school has already let out for summer – darn!
Try to make up your own Scavenger Hunt – I promise you will have fun. We sure did.
