May 28 Five Songs, Five Sets

“No matter how slow you go, you are still lapping everybody on the couch.”

Tall Handsome Son and I have never worked out together. Today was our First time working out together. Since we aren’t home, we had to make up a workout on the spot and this is what we came up with: we did 10 push-ups, 20 sit-ups, and 30 air squats five times to the tune of five songs. We had fun and got our workout on. Tall Handsome Son is a bit of a jokester and kept backing up farther and farther from me when we did our sit-ups. My other son’s roommate’s dog got in on the action too.
